"For the last 40-plus years, I ran companies on less than 25 hours a week.

The forty-hour week is actually a hundred years old — and just like paper maps became GPS and typewriters became word processors, it's time for the workweek to catch up too.

We don't need forty hours to get the job done. The book explains how I did it, and how you can do the same in your own role."
